What's For Dinner At Your House ?

I have Cleaning Today House Today and Baking. I went Grocery Shopping Yesterday and almost bought the store out. I am not much of a Baker or a Cooker so this is really GOOD for me,LOL.
First I am making WHITE CHICKEN CHILI in a Slow Cooker :

Here's The Recipe, Minus The jalepno pepppers, because I ended up in the Emergency Room with a swelling throat last time I ate them...

1 lb chicken, cut up into small chunks (I like to use boneless breasts for their "ease" and lower fat content)
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (or the equivalent) chicken broth
2 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
2 tsp Cumin seed (ground will not withstand long cooking as well)
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
3 -15oz cans white beans (great northern or cannellini), drained and rinsed
1 or 2 chopped red, green or yellow bell peppers, or combination

And I even made dessert too, I found this recipe at http://www.verybestbaking.com/ they are PUMPKIN CARROT CHESSECAKE SQUARES

I was also so delighted to see this morning that I won a Challenge , with the card I posted yesterday at Marikee's Color Your World Blog It's a Stamp form WCMD, called "Flyin Al On Earth" , I am thinking it's an owl :) Thank You so Much Marikee ~

And to think I haven't touched a stamp for forever, maybe I should restart , I also need to start scrapping again.... Before the Holidays.....
I also Joined 2 Swaps, and Tommorow I will show You Embellished File Folders for a Swap at CHERRY ON TOP ...

I joined the Fall Swap

And A Christmas Swap

Thank you so much for the nice comments on my blog. Not only did it make me feel so good, but it also gave me a chance to learn about your WONDERFUL blog!!

I LOVE White Chili - it is a favorite of mine. It was Canadian Thanksgiving here, so we are still eating leftovers. I will be glad when mr turkey has left the building!

I have never had white chicken chili. It sounds delicious.
I went thrifting today too. I bought a heavy old, old, old typewriter hopefully to use the keys for a bracelet. 2 cool tableclothes that are washing right now.
